Some of your questions answered here.

We get a lot of questions about our product and technology. You can get any answers in no time here.

What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality 3D-printed collectibles: character busts, full-figure statues, dioramas, helmets, and replica weapons. Our catalogue covers Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars, Star Trek, Alien, Predator, Ghostbusters, Halo, Harry Potter, Mortal Kombat, Warhammer, and many more.

What is the maximum print size?

Our maximum print area is 17″ × 17″ × 17″. For larger pieces, we print in multiple sections and assemble them seamlessly.

What is the resolution of your 3D scanner?

Our professional 3D scanner achieves a maximum resolution of 0.01 mm, ensuring exceptional detail accuracy in every piece.

What materials do you use for printing?

We use premium-grade resin for fine-detail pieces (busts, small sculptures) and FDM filament for larger structural builds. All materials are chosen for durability and quality of finish.

Are your products painted or unpainted?

It depends on the listing. Some items are sold as raw resin prints ready for hobbyists to customize, while others come fully painted and finished. Check each product page for the finish details.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Canada. We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times (after your order ships) are approximately: Canada: 3–7 business days | United States: 5–10 business days | Europe: 10–20 business days | Rest of the World: 14–30 business days. Production time is additional and shown on each product page.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order ships, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping options may be available depending on your location. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Are there any customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started on a made-to-order piece, modifications or cancellations may not be possible — but we'll always do our best to help.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your payment details on our servers.

What is your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number — we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. See our Returns Policy page for full details.

My item was damaged in transit — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item and email us as soon as possible. We'll resolve the issue promptly — your satisfaction is our priority.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We love bringing unique ideas to life. Whether it's a custom character, personalized bust, or one-of-a-kind diorama, reach out to discuss your project. Custom orders are quoted individually based on complexity and size.

Can you reproduce a character not currently in your catalogue?

If the character or design falls within our licensing scope, we'll do our best to create it. Contact us with your request and reference images and we'll let you know what's possible.

How long does a custom order take?

Lead times vary depending on design complexity. After discussing your project, we'll provide an estimated production and delivery timeline before any work begins.
